FAQs

The following acts and omissions are normally treated as misconducts under this Procedure. This list, however, is illustrative and NOT exhaustive, and only serves as a guide to exemplify the misconducts breaching the basic standards of behaviors the Company observes:

Theft, pilferage, misappropriation or attempt of the same of the CIMA Group’s money or property. Fraud, dishonesty, cheating, falsification or attempt of the same in connection with the CIMA Group’s business, money, or property.
Soliciting or accepting bribe or any illegal gratification. Participating in unauthorised financial transactions.

Breach of fiduciary relationship.

Conflict of interest.

Spreading malicious rumours about the CIMA Group.

Gross negligence and neglect of duty.

Unauthorised disclosure of the CIMA Group’s confidential information, including commercial or manufacturing secrets, calculations, or designs.

Commission of any subversive act.

Commission of any act that brings disrepute, embarrassment or affects the legitimate interest of the CIMA Group or ruins the image of the CIMA Group.

Habitual breach of any of the CIMA Group’s order or any law applicable to the establishment of rules made thereunder.

Conduct which is likely to cause injury or endanger the life or safety of another person within the CIMA Group’s premise.

Misrepresentation of the CIMA Group to others.
